Hey! Welcome to Busselton Auto Repairs - we are husband and wife team Bek & Trent.

We are a family owned mechanical business that loves cars. We have built our business to be a welcoming, honest and upfront environment that prides ourselves on ensuring our customers feel welcomed. We have been in business for six years and began as a husband and wife team. We now have a team of seven amazing car enthusiasts.

Loving cars is in our DNA!

We eat, sleep and breathe cars. That passion is reflected in the exceptional service we provide to our customers daily. With Trent’s 15 years of experience as a mechanic, his passion for cars is second to none.
Our team is here to help you with all your vehicle needs and we promise to treat your car as if it were our own, if not better.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide a superior service to the local Busselton and South West community. To know that we are giving our customers a mechanic that they can trust that their vehicle is looked after with. But not only that, we are motivated by wanting our business to be a safe place - a place that our customers can trust.

Our vision for Busselton Auto Repairs is to continue improving, updating and making positive changes to our workplace and services. Not only for our team, but for our customers.

Our team are our biggest strength

Our team are our biggest strength, they are passionate about cars and our customers. Our team consists of our owners - Bek & Trent. Bek has a background in accounts and bookkeeping, and Trent began his Mechanical Apprenticeship in 2008 and has been working as a Mechanic ever since.

At the front of house we have our Service Advisor Jackie, who has been in the industry for more than 20 years. We then have our admin Charlize who has been in customer service since she was in school and is learning the ropes with Jackie.

In the workshop we have our head qualified mechanic Jono, who also started his Apprenticeship in 2008 and has been a mechanic since. We then have our other qualified mechanic Declan who has been a mechanic for over 30 years. And last but definitely not least, our third year Apprentice Akka. Akka is the most motivated Apprentice we have seen and we are very lucky to have him on board.

One of the things that is super important to us is the work life balance of our team. This is why we run a 4 day working week. Our team are super close and like a little family.

Our History

Busselton Auto Repairs came into existence because we were passionate about cars and people. We love our cars and appreciate how much other drivers do too. So, we created an auto repair shop that treats clients as friends and their cars as our own.

Naturally, part of our plan was to create a better future for ourselves and our families. And we chose to do that through a focus on superior workmanship, a top-class customer experience and creating an amazing workplace for our team.
